A minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is payable upon vehicle delivery to your designated location.

We prioritize Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash) transfers due to speed and efficiency. International clients can utilize remittance applications such as Remitly, TapTap Send, or Sendwave for direct transfers to Ghana.

Driver Accommodation: All car rentals include a dedicated driver. For journeys outside Accra requiring overnight stays, the client is responsible for providing driver accommodation or paying an allowance of approximately $10 to $15 (GH₵ 150) per night.

Tolls: Road toll fees and parking charges incurred during travel are paid directly by the client.

Fuel costs are independent of rental rate charges. Vehicles are dispatched with a full tank of fuel. Clients are expected to return the vehicle with a full tank upon completion of the service.

Please ensure you refuel the vehicle personally at designated service stations rather than handing cash to the driver. Additional fuel surcharge fees apply for out-of-Accra drop-off locations.

Your rental includes a professional, English-speaking driver familiar with routes across Ghana. Standard driver working hours run from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, extendable under crucial circumstances upon prior notice.

Daily food allowance for the driver is fully covered by MostLovez. Additional tipping or gratuity is entirely at the client's discretion.

Vehicles are comprehensively insured. Mechanical maintenance, normal wear and tear, and technical failures are managed solely by MostLovez Car Rentals.

Personal Liability Exclusions: Insurance does not cover personal medical expenses, luggage damage, lost valuables, or costs resulting from missed flights. We strongly recommend travelers secure comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to trip commencement.

Metropolitan traffic in major urban areas (such as Accra and Kumasi) can be heavily congested. Our drivers are trained to navigate local traffic patterns effectively. Keep open phone communication with your driver when coordinated pickup locations are involved.

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date incur no penalty fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery or during an active rental period will be charged for days of service rendered up to the cancellation timestamp.
